VLSI Testing


IEE5650 - National Chiao Tung University - Spring 2019


Objectives: Course will contain topics related to VLSI testing, such as logic simulation, fault modeling, fault simulation, ATPG, BIST, etc.

Course materials and announcements will be available here. Visit the web site frequently at least every time you visit the lab to check for announcements between lectures. Assignments, model solutions, review materials, and other materials will also be posted there.

Schedule.

A schedule of lecture topics and reading assignments is given in another seperate sheet. The same information will be posted on the web page and any changes to the schedule will be announced in class and made on that page. The page will also contain links to slides from the lectures.
